Have you ever made fresh pasta? It's really not as daunting as it seems if you've never tried your hand at it. This dish is one of my Hunny's (Andy) favorite pasta dishes, and yet it is the first time I've made it all from scratch. The secret to the sauce is really reducing it for a few hours, and two different kinds of ground meat.
